Trainees, seasonal workers, and skilled professionals from Vietnam
Comprehensive integration from a single sourceWe provide complete support – from the first consultation in Vietnam to long-term integration in Germany.
Our language school
– where expertise meets passion!
The language barrier will not be a problem –
our candidates complete intensive German language courses from level A0 to B1 (Goethe or telc), enabling them to communicate effectively from day one.
Our solution: Integration package instead of placement fee
We're rethinking integration: No traditional placement fee, no short-term placements. Instead, we offer you a transparent, one-time integration fee – covering language courses, visas, accommodation, recognition, and integration.
Complete. Fair. Sustainable.
“We don’t just bring staff – we bring people who want to stay.”
Our projects don’t follow a standard formula. We support your company over several months, build trust, and ensure that integration truly works in everyday life.

Fair recruitment – our basic principle
• No exploitation or indebtedness of the candidates
• Full transparency regarding costs, contracts and working conditions
• Orientation towards the principles of the WHO, ILO and the BMAS
• Responsible interaction with countries of origin and families
Our projects are designed to benefit not only the German labor market, but also the countries of origin and the applicants themselves.

WIRkt – The Integration Alliance,
is an initiative that highlights and strengthens Germany's active contribution to international integration. Our goal is not only to welcome people from all over the world, but also to offer them real prospects for participation, work, and life in Germany.
Together with strong partners from business, education, and civil society, we create structures that work – sustainable, humane, and binding. Because only what is shared can be successful in the long term.
