Our founder, Nicoleta Georgescu, had a vision: to create a place that combines education, integration, and career development, supporting people in their professional development. The name "MEDIALJOB" is more than just a title; it's a concept.

 

It symbolizes the center where we operate and the media we use to pave the way for our clients to a fulfilling professional life. Nicoleta, with her passion for social justice and education, quickly realized that integration into the labor market involves not only job placement, but also comprehensive training and support along the way. At the "center," we represent an interdisciplinary approach that allows us to understand the diverse needs of our clients and respond to them individually.

 

Through workshops, training courses, and personal consultations, we help people, often facing unique challenges, identify and further develop their skills. Because a job only works if the people who perform it are well-trained and integrated. The "media" we employ in our work are diverse. They range from traditional educational methods to modern digital solutions, which we leverage to make our offerings even more effective.
